If you’re staking Ethereum via the Trust Wallet app, you may have noticed incorrect staking APY (annual percentage yield) or balance numbers. Those are display issues. We want to be absolutely clear: your funds are safe, your ETH remains staked, and your rewards continue to accumulate normally.

What’s Happening?

This is a display-only issue caused by a temporary technical incident on the side of our Ethereum staking infrastructure partner, Kiln. The issue does not affect your actual funds or staking rewards — only the display within the Trust Wallet app is impacted.

This issue is not limited to Trust Wallet. Other platforms integrating Kiln’s staking services are also affected during this maintenance window.

Kiln estimates that maintenance will be completed by Monday, May 12. We are closely coordinating with their team to ensure normal operations resume promptly.

What You Should Know:

• Your staked ETH and accumulated rewards remain safe and intact.

• The displayed APY and balance in Trust Wallet may appear incorrect — this is purely visual.

• All staking activity and balance is verifiable on-chain for accuracy — check your ETH balance and rewards anytime using Ethereum block explorers like Etherscan.

• Please avoid withdrawing or deposit ETH staking during the maintenance period to prevent unnecessary gas fees. If you are staking, just let your staking continue as normal until the maintenance completes.
