Bringing Real-World Assets to Self-Custody: A New Chapter for Trust Wallet
Partager les articles
En résumé
Discover Real World Assets (RWA) using Trust Wallet. Access tokenized assets that track the value of major equities (stocks) and ETFs.

At Trust Wallet, we believe that access to financial tools shouldn’t depend on geography, intermediaries, or complex systems. That’s why we’ve introduced an interface to Real-World Assets (RWAs) — tokenized representations of real-world financial instruments — that you can explore directly in our app.
Eligible users can now explore onchain tokens that track the value of well-known global ETFs and equities (stocks) — all from within a secure, self-custodial wallet. These tokenized assets reflect market performance, offering a new way to explore, learn, and participate — especially in regions where traditional infrastructures are out of reach.
Trust Wallet is now the first major self-custody wallet to bring access to RWAs directly to market — a major milestone for bridging crypto and traditional finance onchain.
How to Get Started
Today, RWA access is already live on Ethereum — powered by industry leaders Ondo Finance and 1inch Swap API. Integrations via Solana, as well as BNB Chain are coming soon – with more networks to follow.
Getting started is super easy. Here’s how:
Select “Swap” from the bottom menu
Select the asset you want to swap from and to. In this example, it’s USDC on the Ethereum chain, to AAPLon (the RWA that tracks the price of Apple stock) also on the Ethereum chain.
Enter the amount of USDC you want to swap from, then select “Continue”.
Read through the details then select “Confirm swap”.
Once done, you’ll see that your transaction is being processed. When the transaction is complete, your RWA will appear in your wallet balance.
Note: You may only be able to pair certain assets with RWAs. If that is the case, this information will be displayed on the swap screen as shown above, with the example being USDC.
Important: At launch, RWA swaps are available 24 hours a day, 5 days a week (24/5), aligning with U.S. market accessibility.
What You Need to Know About RWAs in Trust Wallet
Trust Wallet acts as a platform to access RWAs. We’ve designed this feature to make tokenized markets accessible, intuitive, and aligned with our principles of user ownership, security, and simplicity. Learn more about RWAs.
Self-Custody & Control
Your keys, your assets. Trust Wallet never acts as a broker or custodian. Your private keys never leave your device, ensuring full ownership and control of your tokenized assets.
Seamless UX
Navigate to RWAs via the Swap tab, with real-time quotes powered by our third-party providers, accessing secondary markets. Access tokenized RWAs with just a few taps — no extra steps or accounts needed.
Smart Swapping Experience
Tokenized RWA swaps are paired with stablecoins like USDC (Ondo Finance assets on Ethereum), offering a familiar and reliable interface for exploring asset-linked tokens. Access to swap these assets aligns with the availability of the underlying markets, ensuring users interact during real-world market activity windows.
Permissionless Access (Where Eligible)
Swap RWAs without submitting personal information or going through lengthy identity checks. This feature is available only in eligible regions. Users in some regions including the US, UK, and EU will not be able to access RWA functionality in-app. US Persons are not eligible to access RWAs from any region. Read our Terms of Service and Risk Disclosure for more information.
Education First
These tokens provide onchain exposure to the price performance of certain real-world assets. Typically, they do not represent direct ownership, and are not shares or equity instruments. No financial advice or endorsements are provided.
Ondo tokenized stocks are total-return trackers of their underlying securities, meaning they reflect both price movements and reinvested dividends.
Secure by Design
Your assets are secured by Trust Wallet’s industry-leading self-custody model. There are no intermediaries — you stay in control of your crypto.
All-in-One Access
Trust Wallet brings everything together in one marketplace — store, swap, and now access tokenized real-world assets in the same app you already use.
Assets Available at Launch
Below is a list of traditional assets that Trust Wallet’s new RWA (real-world asset) feature will track at launch. These are official tickers for the underlying equities, provided here for informational and educational purposes only.
Note: The tokenized versions of these assets viewable through Trust Wallet will have a different prefix. For example, instead of “TSLA” (Tesla), you may see “TSLAon” or another variation like “TSLAxx” — where “xx” represents the provider or protocol issuing the RWA token.
The actual tokens you interact with are smart contract–issued representations, not the real-world shares themselves. Each smart contract-issued representation will have different properties. This table helps you understand what each token tracks, even if the in-app tickers look slightly different.
