Introducing Trust Premium: Trust Wallet’s New Loyalty Program

Trust Premium is Trust Wallet’s new loyalty program that rewards your continued journey in Web3. By using Trust Wallet, you can earn Trust Points (XPs), lock Trust Wallet Tokens (TWT) to unlock more, and level up through Premium tiers for exclusive perks. All built for our most loyal users, powered by you and by TWT.

What began as Trust Quest, a fun way to earn Trust Points for exploring Web3, has now evolved into Trust Premium with XPs: a loyalty experience that recognizes your progress and turns it into lasting benefits. Your actions have already built trust - now that trust earns you more. Every swap, and streak deepens your connection to self-custody, and Trust Premium is our way of celebrating that. Centered entirely around you - the one who holds the keys and moves the ecosystem forward.

How Trust Premium works

Trust Premium runs on a simple loop:

Join & Use → Earn XP → Level up (& Boost with TWT) → Unlock benefits.

1. Join the program

Getting started with Trust Premium is simple, but it starts with you joining.

Open Trust Premium from your Trust Wallet Settings, Discover or Home page, and tap "Join".

That’s your entry point - your hub for tasks, progress, and rewards.

2. Earn XP by using Trust Wallet

Once you’ve joined Trust Premium, you can start earning XP (Experience Points) for your everyday actions inside the app.

Head to the Trust Premium tab to see your active tasks and track your progress in real time.

Here’s how you can start earning:

1 - Daily check-in

Log in daily to keep your streak alive.

• +10 XPs per day

• +5 bonus XPs for a 3-day streak

• +5 extra if you hit a 7-day streak

Tip: Miss a day and your streak resets - consistency pays off.

2 - Deposit from Binance

Bridge your funds directly from Binance to Trust Wallet and earn 50 XPs per network - up to 6 supported networks.

This is a limited early-launch task and may change later.

3 - Swap crypto

Swap directly from your wallet and earn XPs based on your total swap volume.

You’ll earn up to 500 XPs depending on how much you swap - milestones are inclusive, not stacked:

• +30 XPs for $100 in swaps

• +100 XPs for $300

• +200 XPs for $500

• +500 XPs for $1,000 (maximum for the period)

(Example: If you swap $1,000 in total, you’ll earn 500 XPs — not 830.)

Currently supported on Ethereum, BNB Chain, Solana, and Base.

3. Boost with TWT

Locking TWT boosts your rewards and helps you climb tiers faster:

• Qualify for various benefits and higher tiers

• Unlock premium campaigns and boxes - coming soon

• Access utilities like Trust Alpha, or exclusive airdrops - coming soon

The more TWT you commit, the greater your benefits.

TWT becomes the loyalty engine - proof that you’re all-in on the ecosystem.

4. Level up your tier

Your XPs determine your Premium tier, which reflects how engaged you are across the wallet.

The more consistent your activity - swapping, checking in, depositing + locking TWT - the higher your tier climbs.

And the higher your tier, the better your perks.

Note: Tiers and requirements may evolve as the program expands.

Tier duration

Each tier lasts for a 14-day cycle.

Keep meeting the requirements and it renews automatically when the current cycle ends, or reach higher thresholds anytime to level up and refresh the 14 days cycle.

You can track your tier, XP progress, and renewal countdown directly in the Trust Premium dashboard (found in Discover or Settings).

Example

• Oct 1: You join Trust Premium as Bronze tier.

• Oct 7: You meet the 14-day requirements early → your status upgrades to Silver and the cycle refreshes to Oct 20.

• Oct 21:

  • If you meet Gold, you automatically level up and will enjoy a new 14 days cycle.

  • If you meet Silver requirements again, Silver is renewed.

  • If you fall short but meet Bronze, you’re downgraded to Bronze.

  • If you don’t meet any tier, Premium perks pause until you requalify.

5. Unlock and enjoy the benefits

In the first rollout, Trust Premium brings three powerful benefits — the start of a growing rewards ecosystem.

As you level up, your wallet becomes more rewarding.

How to join Trust Premium

There are multiple entry points into Trust Premium, including from the app home screen. Below we’ll show you how you can access the feature from the Discover page.

1. Update Trust Wallet to the latest version.

2. Open the app, select “Discover”, then select the Premium option. Once inside, you’ll see your starting tier, current XP and progress, and available tasks.

3. Complete actions, like swap, daily check-in and deposit from Binance, and watch your progress grow

4. Lock TWT to amplify your benefits and unlock exclusive perks

That’s it - you’re in. Your wallet activity now fuels your rewards.

Previous Trust Quest Points roll over

If you’ve been part of Trust Quest and have been accumulating Trust Points, your progress carries forward.

Your Points and achievements are recognized inside Trust Premium - meaning your effort still counts toward your new tier and future rewards.

As a one-time welcome offer, users with 1000+ Trust Points (before October 31, 2025, 12:00 am UTC) will be automatically upgraded to Gold tier at launch. Your total Points will determine how long your Gold status lasts (anywhere from 14 days to up to 3 months) before normal Premium cycles begin.

FAQs

Is Trust Premium free to join?

Yes. All Trust Wallet users can access it directly from the Trust Premium page in the app. There are no subscriptions or hidden fees - simply tap Join to enroll and start earning points for your in-app actions. Holding or locking TWT is optional but gives you extra boosts and access to higher-tier perks.

How are XPs calculated?

Each eligible on-chain action has a points value. You’ll see these transparently in the app. Points accumulate over time and influence your tier.

Do XPs or tiers expire?

Claimed points expire after 12 months, unclaimed points expire after 30 days. Tiers refresh every 14 days periodically to encourage continued activity.

What are the benefits at launch?

At launch, Trust Premium includes three core on-chain benefits designed to make your everyday activity more rewarding:

• 0 gas on TWT trading – Swap to TWT without paying any gas fees.

• Discount on gas fees paid in TWT – Save up to 50% when you use TWT to cover network fees (20% for Bronze, 35% for Silver, 50% for Gold).

• [Limited time offer] Discount on Swap fees – Enjoy lower in-app swap fees (10% for Silver, 20% for Gold).

These are just the first perks in the Trust Premium rollout - more utilities, campaigns, and rewards are coming soon.

What’s the role of TWT?

TWT acts as a booster and access key. Locking TWT increases your point multiplier and grants access to higher-tier rewards or partner campaigns.

When will I see it in my app?

The rollout will happen in phases across regions. Keep an eye on in-app notifications and @TrustWallet for updates.

Is Trust Premium automatic?

You must enroll and trigger tasks from the Trust Premium page (e.g., tap Swap there). After completion, points accrue and can be claimed.

Do XP expire?

Unclaimed XPs expire after 30 days.

Claimed XPs stay valid for 12 months and remain visible in your lifetime history.

Only XPs earned within the latest 14-day cycle count toward your current tier progress, but your total XP balance stays in your account for 12 months before expiration.

How does Premium tiers expiry work?

Meet hybrid requirements (XPs + TWT lock) within the cycle (e.g., 14d) → receive a Tier status for the set expiry (e.g., 14d). Keep meeting requirements to renew; hit a higher tier to refresh early.

What happens if I unlock my TWT?

If TWT falls below the tier requirement, your Tier can disable until requirements are re-met.

Is this a subscription?

No. Trust Premium is a loyalty program, not a paid membership.
