We're excited to introduce 0% swap fees on eligible staked and wrapped asset swaps in Trust Wallet.

Staked and wrapped assets give you different ways to use your crypto while maintaining exposure to the underlying asset. For example, tokens such as stETH, weETH and JitoSOL represent staked assets, while tokens such as WETH and WSOL are wrapped versions of native assets.

Moving between these assets and their corresponding tokens can involve swap fees. With 0% swap fees on eligible pairs, you can swap between supported staked and wrapped assets without paying a Trust Wallet swap fee.

How to Get 0% Swap Fees in Trust Wallet

Getting started is simple. There's nothing to opt into and no code to enter.

1. Open your Trust Wallet app and tap Swap.

2. Select an eligible staked asset (e.g stETH) as the token you're swapping from.

3. Select its eligible underlying or related token as the token you're swapping to (e.g ETH).

4. Make sure both tokens are on the same supported chain.

5. Review the swap details and confirm your transaction.

That's it. To qualify for the 0% swap fee, the swap must be made directly through the Trust Wallet in-app Swap interface and must involve an eligible pair on the same supported chain.

Which Staked and Wrapped Assets Are Eligible for 0% Fees?

The 0% swap fee applies to the eligible pairs listed in this blog when both assets are on the same supported chain.

For example, a swap between stETH and WETH on Ethereum can qualify. A swap between stETH on Ethereum and WSOL on Solana does not qualify because the assets are on different chains.

Eligible assets include:

• Ethereum: weETH, stETH, wstETH, WETH

• Solana: WSOL, jitoSOL, INF, BNSOL, JupSOL

• BNB Chain: WBNB, slisBNB

Note: Network gas fees still apply and are separate from the Trust Wallet swap fee. Gas fees are paid to the blockchain network, not to Trust Wallet.

Why Swap Staked and Wrapped Assets with 0% Fees?

Staked and wrapped assets can be useful for different purposes across DeFi. You may want to move from a staked asset to another supported token, switch between different forms of the same asset, rebalance your portfolio, or use a different token within a Web3 application.

An eligible swap through Trust Wallet can provide another way to move from a staked asset to an eligible token without waiting for the staking protocol's withdrawal process. Trust Wallet routes swaps through third-party DEXs and swap providers, allowing you to complete the swap in a single transaction.

With 0% Trust Wallet swap fees on eligible pairs, you can make these swaps without paying a Trust Wallet swap fee while keeping your assets in self-custody.

Which staked and wrapped assets are eligible?

You can get 0% swap fees when you swap between any two eligible tokens listed in this blog , as long as both are on the same supported network. Eligible assets are available on Ethereum, Solana, and BNB Chain.

Does this work on every chain?

0% swap fees are available on Ethereum, Solana, and BNB Chain. Both tokens must be on the same network for the swap to qualify.

Can I swap across different chains for free?

No. The 0% swap fee applies only to swaps between two eligible tokens on the same chain. For example, swapping stETH on Ethereum for ETH on Ethereum can qualify. Swapping stETH on Ethereum for WSOL on Solana does not qualify.

Do I still pay gas fees?

Yes. Network gas fees still apply. These fees are set by the blockchain network and are separate from the Trust Wallet swap fee. The 0% offer applies to the Trust Wallet swap fee only.

Is this available to users in the UK?

No. This offer is not currently available to users in the United Kingdom.

Do I need to enter a code or opt in?

No. There's no code or opt-in required. When you make an eligible swap directly in the Trust Wallet in-app swap interface, the swap fee will be displayed as 0% in the app.

The 0% fee only applies to swaps using the assets and supported networks listed in this blog. If your swap doesn't meet these requirements, the standard applicable fee will apply.
